Other Professionals

Strategically Aligned

We encourage our clients to have a team of professionals to advise them on all of their financial matters. Since our early beginnings, we have found our most successful client engagements can be attributed to our fruitful relationships with their various professional service providers. Our goal is to be highly regarded for our comprehensive view of clients’ needs as well as for our investment consulting work.

How Can We Help?

Our relationship with our client is enhanced when we are involved in their tax planning and strategy.  Through collaborative work with their tax advisers we can best implement the ideas accountants present and contribute our expertise in portfolio design to optimize the overall tax impact for our clients.

As a firm that believes planning for our clients’ financial future is paramount, we understand that legal expertise in estate planning, charitable gifting strategies, business succession concerns, and other areas of focus is critical to successfully reaching client goals.  The combination of legal, tax and investment planning drive many of the investment decisions we make for our clients.

There are many circumstances where banking and cash management overlap with investment portfolio design.  Working in conjunction, clients’ needs may be met by dovetailing banking and investment services; examples include pledging assets for non-purpose loans, and short term cash management strategies.

Carolinas Investment Consulting participates as a sponsor on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.  Our status as a registered sponsor affirms our commitment to adhere to standards for the delivery of high quality continuing professional education.  We understand it can be difficult to find the time to keep abreast of how new investment vehicles might benefit clients, where capital markets may be headed and how that should factor in to tax planning, the current economic atmosphere and other wide ranges of pertinent topics.  Through CPE events we host, all professional advisers, not only the CPAs who can earn credits, may enjoy topical presentations and lively discussions.
